Meet our Westpark Administration

Mr. Patrick Holmes, Principal

I am proud to have been a part of the Southern Kern Unified School District for over a decade, with a focus on enhancing educational experiences and outcomes for our students. Having served as the Assistant Principal of Alternative Education at both Tropico Middle School and Westpark, I bring a rich background in supporting diverse learning needs. Currently, I am in my second year as the principal of Westpark Elementary School.

I am excited to continue working alongside Mrs. Ament, our dedicated staff, and our supportive parents. Together, we are committed to helping each student at Westpark Elementary learn, grow, and achieve their fullest potential. My goal is to foster an environment where every student can thrive academically and personally.

 

Welcome to Westpark Elementary! My name is Kaycie Ament, and I am honored to serve as your Assistant Principal. Since beginning my journey in education in 2008, I have had the privilege of working in various roles, including After School Program Instructor, Coordinator, and classroom teacher. Each of these experiences has deepened my passion for helping students succeed.

I am especially proud to be a part of the Rosamond community and the Southern Kern Unified School District, where I have seen firsthand the dedication and spirit that make this area so special. My goal is to contribute to the flourishing of our community by supporting our elementary students as they learn, grow, and develop into productive and engaged members of our wonderful community.
